Welcome to Concordant!
Concordant is the website for the work of Dr Anne Margaret Moseley.
I am a professional educator, and have spent my career working with primary age children in the English school system. During that time I have been a class teacher of all ages, a science specialist, an art specialist, and most recently responsible for the whole school RE curriculum. I have a passion for the role that children's education can have in the development of communities - how equipping them with appropriate skills and experiences can enable children to live well in a world of diversity.
Why Inter Faith?
This blog is based on material broadcast during a live-streamed event "Why Interfaith?" on Thursday 15th October by Dr Anne Moseley, alongside Qari Asim MBE (Trustee of Christian Muslim Forum, Chair of Mosques & Imams National Advisory Board and Senior Editor of ImamsOnline), Asma Meer (Founder of Peace of Cake), and Rt Revd Dr Toby Howarth (Bishop of Bradford). It was hosted by Urban Muslimz and Christian Muslim Encounters.
The Owl of Minerva
In planning for a talk at OCMS on Action Research Methodology I have found myself back in my books looking for some wisdom to present. I tried to think back to my own research journey and reflect on what I would have valued most. What would have been helpful information, what could I present to new PhD students about to embark on their own new exciting, scary confusing and uncertain research journey.
